How do you install it?
A PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic is easy to install, Depending on the size you may need 2 people to help hang it up.
- Make sure you measure first. These are LifeSize graphics so make sure you have enough space to hang it up.
- Make sure the surface is smooth. PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic Do Not do well on rough surfaces
- Make sure the surface is clean. Use a warm damp cloth to clean the area. Do Not use any cleaning chemicals or soaps as they can affect the adhesive.
- Peel, Stick and Smooth out. When you receive your PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic unroll from its package and flatten out. Getting an additional set of hands will help in the hanging process. Remove the PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic from the backing by starting at the top edge and slowing working your way to the bottom. Once removed, working together with friend and place one end or corner of the PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic on the wall and slowly smooth it out working to the opposite corner.
These PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic are reuseable, so if needed you can gently pull the PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic from the wall and reposition.

My PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic won't stick right?
PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic is designed for clean, dry, flat wall surfaces. It will not stick on hard surfaces such as a large rock, best friend or brick house. We heard it all, make sure your surface is clean and smooth. If you believe you have received a defective product call our customer service team at 1-888-4WALLMY (1-888-492-5569).

What kind of wall should i put it on?
PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic need clean, smooth, dry walls. Pebbly or rough textured walls are not friendly toPetHeads.com® Wall Graphic. It's OK to put yourPetHeads.com® Wall Graphic over wallpaper but it has to be clean, dry, and smooth. Some coatings applied to wallpaper to improve the ability to clean it can decrease stickiness so check frequently to see if your PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic shows signs of peeling off. And remember, your PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic was made for use indoors.

Will it damage my wall?
No. PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic are perfectly safe for walls. The special low-tack adhesive does not leave any residue and will not pull off paint so long as the paint is in good condition and isn't already peeling. It's even safe to put up over wallpaper provided that the wallpaper itself adheres properly to the wall.

Should I save the liner it comes on?
YES! These are the essential tools to transport your PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic if you move. So, please save the liner your PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic came on, the ROLLER, and the TUBE that yourPetHeads.com® Wall Graphic came in. Also, if for any reason you need to return your PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic, you MUST return it on the liner it came on.

What if I didn't save the LINER and I want to move it a long distance?
Pull out the wax paper from your kitchen or buy some at the local grocery store, peel the PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic off the wall and place it on a clean surface – STICKY SIDE UP – place enough wax paper to cover the entire area of your PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic and roll it up around any tube that is large enough. DO NOT FOLD your PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic as it will cause creases to appear.

If it deserves a new place, how should I move it?
Identify where you want your PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic to go, wipe the wall clean (no soap), wait until dry and then with the help of a friend carefully remove the PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic from one wall and carry it to the new location. If you are moving it to a new location that is not within walking distance, put your PetHeads.com® Wall Graphic back on the original liner it came with and transport to your new location.
